Job Description
Sales Manager for Philips Image Guided Therapy Devices driving sales and building relationships in Norway. Achieving sales targets and ensuring account continuity while collaborating with international teams.
Responsibilities:
- Achieving field sales objectives by servicing current customers and acquiring new ones across Norway.
- Maximizing order intake, sales and price realization for medical equipment.
- Ensuring continuity of the relationship with the accounts (hospitals, medical institutions, hospital administration).
- Identifying opportunities for new customer acquisition within the product portfolio.
- Developing and driving credible and productive long-term relations with customers by understanding their clinical and business needs.
- Providing meaningful and lucrative value propositions to customers.
- Conducting sales and educative presentations for new and existing customers.
- Providing first-class clinical product support for safe and effective device use in the cathlab.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies for assigned products.
- Collaborating with international teams, departments and participating with customers on international education courses.
Requirements:
- University degree: medical educational background is preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in medical equipment or disposable sales; proven experience in peripheral vascular domain is a strong asset.
- Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques and experience working with clinical teams.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English (written and spoken) – essential for local engagement as well as international travel and participation in trainings and events.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work effectively with online and offline digital tools.
- Ability to deliver clinical/technical presentations and provide on-site product implementation support for safe and effective use of the products.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Readiness for intensive travel within the assigned region and abroad, in average 3-4 days a week.
- Experience with public tenders and healthcare procurement is a plus.
