Job Description
Sales Support Specialist at Aquatic Informatics ensuring seamless sales support operations and managing CRM data accuracy. Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and support revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for seller requests related to quotes, order support, CRM updates, and general sales operations
- Prepare, validate, and route quotes for approval, ensuring accuracy and compliance with pricing, terms, and business processes
- Maintain CRM data and support opportunity and account management activities
- Coordinate with teams including Order Management, Finance, Legal, and Customer Support to ensure requests are handled efficiently
- Support administrative activities across the quote-to-order lifecycle, including documentation, approvals, and tracking
- Respond to routine seller inquiries and escalate non-standard issues or commercial risks when appropriate
- Assist with RFP/RFI coordination and other sales support activities as needed
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in sales support, customer support, commercial operations, or administrative roles supporting sales teams
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce and Oracle preferred); exposure to AI-powered tools is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and thrive in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
