Job Description
SAP BI and data analytics specialist developing SAP reporting, dashboards, and data models for Körber Pharma. Building process-mining solutions to improve organizational processes and decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Drive data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Design and develop new data products for the service business, focusing on company-wide reporting
- Support organizational development through process mining tools for process analysis and optimization
- Lead further data-related development initiatives
- Provide analyses and insights to support strategic decision-making
- Design and develop data models based on SAP Datasphere
- Create analytical dashboards and KPI reports in SAP Analytics Cloud
- Identify optimization opportunities based on analytical results
- Implement, document, and roll out data models
- Lead data-driven projects and initiatives as Project Manager or Program Manager
- Build and implement a Process Mining solution for root cause analyses
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong passion for data, analytics, and business processes
- Excellent conceptual thinking skills
- Strong technical capabilities
- Ability to solve complex business challenges in a structured manner
- Good understanding of business contexts
- Ability to identify opportunities where data analytics can improve processes and performance
- Solid knowledge of data analysis methods and models
- Experience working with large datasets
- Experience using databases and data visualization tools
- Proficient to advanced knowledge of SQL
- Practical experience with SAP
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to present findings clearly, persuasively, and in a stakeholder-oriented manner
