Job Description

SAP EWM Functional Consultant responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting Extended Warehouse Management solutions. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to implement effective EWM solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support SAP EWM implementations, enhancements, rollouts, and optimizations.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design documents.
  • Perform system configuration, integration, testing, and troubleshooting within SAP EWM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and IT.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes, RF frameworks, labor management, and warehouse automation integration.
  • Support interfaces between EWM and other SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, TM, and external systems.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and end-user knowledge transfer.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
  • Travel occasionally on-demand for workshops, go-live, or critical project meetings.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of combined experience in SAP EWM and supply chain/logistics functional roles.
  • Proven experience with SAP EWM configuration (S/4HANA embedded or decentralized).
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes: inbound, outbound, picking, packing, slotting, replenishment, physical inventory, and material staging.
  • Experience integrating EWM with SAP ERP modules (SAP S/4HANA or ECC).
  • Hands-on exposure to RF, material flow systems (MFS), or warehouse automation is highly preferred.
  • Ability to create functional specs for RICEFW objects and support technical teams.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must reside in the U.S. or Canada and be willing to travel occasionally (20 ~ 25%).
