Job Description
SAP Business Operating Manager ensuring operational integration and supporting transformation initiatives for a leading IT service provider. Collaborating across teams to achieve strategic goals in an innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Central control and orchestration role
- Ensure alignment of strategy, processes, resources, and operational execution
- Interface between management, Delivery, Finance, HR and the Business Transformation Office
- Create transparency, stability and scalability in day-to-day operations
- End-to-end management of business operating processes
- Development of workflows and governance structures
- Support for transformation and growth initiatives
- Establishment of a KPI, forecasting and reporting system
- Prioritization of topics and translation of strategic objectives into concrete actions
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Digital Business or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in Business Operating, PMO or a comparable steering/control function
- Solid understanding of service, Delivery and operating models
- Experience in transformation and scaling projects
- Ability to strategically further develop operational processes and align them with growth objectives
- Strong business acumen
- Experience with KPIs and reporting
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Very good German (C2) and good English, spoken and written
