Job Description
Lead SAP S/4HANA MM impact analysis and review processes for inventory management at SEIDOR. Ensuring master data consistency and executing integrated tests for the conversion process.
Responsibilities:
- Lead MM impact analysis for the conversion to S/4HANA (purchasing, inventory, valuation, MRP and interfaces with PP).
- Review Procure-to-Pay and inventory management process designs for the post-conversion environment.
- Ensure consistency of master data (materials, vendors, info records, source lists, contracts) and system configurations.
- Plan and execute integrated tests: requisition → purchase order → goods receipt → invoice → posting; movements and inventory.
- Support cutover and hypercare activities with focus on inventory, goods receipts, blockings, and integrations with FI/CO/PS/PP.
Requirements:
- Technical qualifications (including S/4HANA).
- Strong expertise in MM-SUP, MM-LOG, material valuation/postings and integrations with FI/CO.
- Knowledge of S/4 changes and best practices: attention to simplifications and impacts on material processes and logs.
- Extensive knowledge of MRP.
- Experience using Fiori for purchasing and inventory (where applicable).
- Preferred: understanding of integrations with EWM (if applicable), QM, and advanced logistics scenarios.
- Experience in conversions including validation of stock balances (quantity/value) and reconciliations.
- Handling of open logistics documents (POs, GR/IR, blockings).
- Mitigation of risks that could halt goods receipts or billing.
- Must reside in Rio de Janeiro, RJ.
