Job Description
Senior Delivery Manager overseeing SAP implementation delivery and management of global teams for large-scale transformations. Ensuring stakeholder alignment and business value realization across engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of SAP programs
- Drive delivery across Plan → Build → Test → Deploy → Hypercare → Support lifecycle
- Act as the primary interface for customer leadership
- Establish strong governance using delivery metrics
- Lead SAP transformation initiatives
- Manage large, distributed delivery teams
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards
- Drive margin improvement through productivity levers and automation
Requirements:
- 15–20+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in SAP program delivery
- Proven experience managing large SAP transformations (S/4HANA preferred)
- Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, SCM, CX, Trade Management, Finance
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration approaches
- Strong people leadership and global team management
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement at CXO level
- SAP certifications (S/4HANA or module-specific)
