Job Description
Senior Accountant overseeing daily accounting functions for finance team in a dynamic environment. Assisting in M&A integration and driving process improvements while ensuring compliance with GAAP.
Responsibilities:
- Perform and oversee daily accounting functions including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
- Assess existing accounting processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Serve as a point of contact for external auditors and prepare audit schedules.
- Assist with financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred.
- 4–7+ years of combined experience in public accounting (audit) and industry roles.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and internal controls.
- Experience with consolidations is a plus.
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Ramp is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
