Job Description
AI/MCP Engineer leading production LLM features and MCP integrations. Building secure, scalable AI capabilities for PlentyONE’s e-commerce ERP platform.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered features and MCP integrations across the PlentyONE platform
- Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
- Build scalable, reliable, and secure AI capabilities embedded into PlentyONE's SaaS architecture
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience delivering LLM-powered features to production, not just prototypes or POCs
- Deep practical experience with LLM APIs and model capabilities, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or comparable providers
- Experience with tool/function calling and agent orchestration
- Experience with prompt design, evaluation, and reliability techniques
- Solid experience designing and operating Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and/or clients, or demonstrably similar agent-tool architectures
