Job Description
Senior Analyst supporting financial processes for Clearway Health Client Services. Building financial models and analyzing financial performance in pharmacy operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support Clearway Health Client Services by building and refining financial processes
- Collaborate with Client Services leaders and corporate finance team
- Analyze pharmacy-specific financials and support strategic initiatives
- Conduct detailed analysis of client financials, including revenue recognition and margin analysis
- Develop and maintain client-specific financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide actionable analytics
Requirements:
- 6+ years of financial/accounting experience
- At least 2 years specific to pharmacy finance
- A bachelor’s degree (Finance or Accounting preferred)
- MBA is highly desired
- 340B Advanced Certificate is highly desired
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Expert-level skills in Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Infor)
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau and/or PowerBI
- Strong time management, multitasking, and priority-setting skills
