Job Description
Senior Analyst role supporting Aetna growth initiatives in Network through data analytics and QuickBase development. Ensuring data accuracy and managing multiple projects while performing process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- supports Aetna growth initiatives in Network through data analytics, file preparation, and provider roster loads
- QuickBase development/maintenance
- translation of business requirements into actionable reports
- ensuring data accuracy
- project management oversight
- process improvement and documentation
Requirements:
- 3+ years QuickBase Development
- 3+ experience data analysis
- 3+ years report design and development
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
- QuickBase Expert or Pipelines Builder certification (preferred)
- 3+ Healthcare/Medicaid experience (preferred)
- 3+ years provider data experience (preferred)
- Project Management experience (preferred)
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
