Job Description
Senior AI Specialist designing integrations and ensuring scalability of AI solutions for business objectives. Leading technical decisions and mentoring teams in Brazil.
Responsibilities:
- Define the architecture for AI-based solutions;
- Design integrations between LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent systems;
- Ensure scalability and resilience in distributed environments;
- Lead critical technical decisions and support the team through mentoring;
- Translate business needs into robust AI solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with LLMs and advanced architectures such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation);
- Practical knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, or FAISS;
- Expertise in agent orchestration and multi-agent systems;
- Experience with distributed systems and scalable architectures;
- Strong technical leadership and strategic vision.
