Job Description
Seeking experienced Automation Engineer to help organizations leverage automation technologies for business challenges. Collaborate with stakeholders, design solutions, and lead automation implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Assess business processes and identify opportunities for automation-driven transformation.
- Conduct automation readiness assessments and develop automation adoption roadmaps.
- Design and architect automation solutions tailored to business.
- Lead implementation of automation solutions.
- Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs), prototypes, and minimum viable products (MVPs).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy automation solutions into production environments.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Establish automation governance frameworks and best practices.
- Conduct training and adoption workshops.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in automation, software development, or technology consulting.
- Strong understanding of automation tools and technologies.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
