Job Description
Data Analyst at Kyndryl unlocking data power for strategic decisions. Collaborating with teams to transform IT data into actionable insights and compelling narratives.
Responsibilities:
- Join Kyndryl as a Data Analyst where you will unlock the power of data to drive strategic decisions and shape the future of our business
- You will harness your expertise in basic statistics, business fundamentals, and communication to uncover valuable insights and transform raw data into rigorous visualizations and compelling stories
- Work closely with our customers as part of a top-notch team
- Dive deep into vast IT datasets, unraveling the mysteries hidden within, and discovering trends and patterns that will revolutionize our customers' understanding of their own landscapes
- Draw compelling conclusions and develop data-driven insights that will directly impact their decision-making processes
- Be a trusted advisor, utilizing your domain expertise, critical thinking, and consulting skills to unravel complex business problems and translate them into innovative solutions
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, pooling together your collective expertise to gather, structure, organize, and clean data
Requirements:
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
- Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as industrial engineering, finance, or economics
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g. Looker, Power BI, QuickSight, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, Python, R, or SQL)
- Professional certification, e.g., ASQ Six Sigma
- Cloud platform certification, e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty, Google Cloud Looker Business Analyst, or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
