Job Description
Technical Specialist at Abbott supporting innovative leadless pacemaker technology and guiding technical applications in the medical field. Focusing on product training, technical assistance, and event presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct product training for physicians — both on-site in hospitals and at our training center in Eschborn
- Provide technical support during implant procedures and assist with leadless cases
- Present our technologies at professional conferences and trade shows — including support for Tech Suits
- Provide advice and support before, during and after the use of our products
- Case management: analyze technical issues, develop solutions and follow up on open cases
- Document and maintain data in our systems to ensure high service quality
Requirements:
- Degree in biomedical engineering, engineering, natural sciences or a comparable qualification
- Experience in medical-technical field service or in a clinical environment is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Willingness to travel within Germany
- Very good German and English skills
