Job Description

Senior BI and Marketing Analyst turning PeopleFinders’ public-records data into actionable marketing insights. Building Domo dashboards, subscription analytics, and automated reporting for performance marketing leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer acquisition performance across paid search, display, affiliate, and organic channels, recommending performance marketing optimizations
  • Build and maintain reporting on subscription funnel economics, including trial starts, trial-to-paid conversion, rebill/retention, churn, and customer lifetime value
  • Analyze A/B and pricing test results to guide page content, UX, offers, and pricing decisions
  • Investigate traffic, conversion, and revenue anomalies and distinguish business changes from tracking or attribution artifacts
  • Retrieve and aggregate data from web analytics, ad platforms, billing/subscription systems, and internal databases
  • Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reporting solutions in Domo
  • Migrate manual and legacy reporting into governed, automated pipelines
  • Automate and optimize manual data workflows to reduce time-to-insight and error risk
  • Define key metrics, KPIs, dashboards, metric definitions, and a single source of truth with leadership
  • Plan the reporting and analytics roadmap with business owners and prioritize and execute work individually and with BI contractors
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, finance, and external agency partners
  • Coordinate BI contractor work and review output for quality and consistency

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, marketing analytics, or a comparable analytical role
  • Strong SQL skills and experience querying and aggregating large datasets from multiple sources
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses; Snowflake preferred
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards and automated reporting in a modern BI platform
  • Domo experience required; Power BI, Tableau, or Looker also relevant
  • Direct experience supporting a performance marketing or growth team, including paid search, display, or affiliates
  • Experience with subscription or trial-based D2C business models and economics, including LTV, ROAS, churn, and cohort analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex functions, pivot tables, and linked, multi-source workbooks
  • Ability to ramp quickly on new businesses, industries, and unfamiliar datasets with minimal guidance
  • Ability to shape analytics priorities with leadership and deliver work end to end
  • Strong communication skills for presenting complex quantitative findings to executive audiences
  • Self-starter with high standards for quality, performance, and accuracy
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
