Job Description

Senior Client Service Officer supporting Fifth Third Bank wealth advisors with trust administration, client onboarding, and fiduciary compliance. Managing client relationships, account operations, and sales support.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as administrative officer supporting Fifth Third Wealth Advisors in servicing their client base
  • Support Bank trust advisors and administrators with administration of clients’ trusts
  • Partner with Fifth Third Wealth Advisors to retain the client base and optimize processes and client experience
  • Onboard new clients, including new account document preparation, account opening, asset transfer, and coordination with outside custodians such as Schwab and Fidelity
  • Coordinate with Middle Office on account opening, cash transactions, and asset transfers
  • Review daily fiduciary activity
  • Ensure compliance with processes, procedures, rules, regulations, and internal governance
  • Ensure client documentation is retained
  • Build relationships with clients’ external partners, including attorneys, accountants, and planners
  • Support client proposals and marketing materials for new business development
  • Establish and maintain client accounts on Life 360
  • Utilize CRM
  • Identify, assess, manage, monitor, and report risks while operating within the firm’s and Bank’s risk appetite

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of client service/sales experience with high net worth/ultra high net worth clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advent Portfolio Exchange (APX) experience preferred
  • Experience in client relationship management systems (CRM), document repositories, and electronic workflow tools
  • General knowledge of investment reporting systems, investment performance calculations and analytics
  • Basic understanding of investment strategies, markets, securities, ratings, etc.
  • Basic understanding of portfolio management and trade order management systems; Charles River investment system preferred
  • Basic understanding of custodial systems
  • Travel within footprint as needed
