Job Description
Part-time remote Vet Nurse providing telephone triage, pet health advice, and appointment support. Supporting Greencross veterinary clinics and pet owners across Australia.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional telephone triage and general pet health advice
- Assist clients with appointment bookings and enquiries
- Support Greencross clinics nationwide
- Manage website enquiries and customer service requests
- Assist with Pet Health Reminders and other business initiatives
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences while supporting positive patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
- Minimum of 4 years' veterinary nursing experience
- Clinical confidence and passion for exceptional customer service
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and remaining calm under pressure
- Confidence making accurate and timely telephone triage decisions
- Experience using RxWorks
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to follow detailed processes and procedures
- Ability to work independently while remaining connected and engaged with a remote team
- Strong communication skills
- Genuine enjoyment of helping pet owners
- Reliable internet connection
