Job Description

Developer responsible for developing and testing Cobol components for Minsait's digital transformation projects. Working in an innovative environment and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and test components according to the standards adopted for the project.
  • Create test components, such as drivers or stubs.
  • Implement executable code solutions.
  • Test coded components and analyze the generated output to identify possible exceptions and errors.
  • Manage tasks made available on the platform.
  • Resolve and effectively follow up on development code on mission-critical platforms.
  • Participate in challenging projects and real development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Mainframe programming languages, NaturalONE and COBOL.
  • Familiarity with tools provided by the client.
  • Develop and run tests in KDZ.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies (Kanban and Scrum).
  • Be proactive and take ownership of assigned activities.
