Job Description
Own creative strategy for 8-figure wellness brands as a Senior Creative Strategist. Lead research, develop creative briefs, and oversee a creative pod working with AI.
Responsibilities:
- Own creative strategy for 8-figure wellness brands. Build briefs, lead a pod, use AI daily.
- Conduct deep manual research across Reddit, forums, and reviews to understand customer psychology.
- Use AI to expand research and develop detailed customer avatars and sub-avatars.
- Build psychology-backed creative briefs for video and static ads.
- Review and approve finished creative before it goes to the client.
- Analyze previous ad performance and iterate to produce more winning creative.
- Build out and improve the creative strategy workflow and processes.
- Oversee your assigned creative pod and support team performance.
- Work heavily with AI as part of your day-to-day process.
Requirements:
- Hungry to learn and grow - always diving into the latest updates in creative, new formats, interesting brands, copywriting, marketing, and marketing psychology
- Comfortable and excited to work heavily with AI in your process
- Strong at deep research (manual and AI-assisted) and turning it into psychology-based avatars and briefs
- Strong copywriting and creative strategy skills that translate into great creative
- Teachable and flexible - this role involves close collaboration and doesn't work with people who aren't
- Self-starter who can manage your own responsibilities in a very remote environment
- Experience producing winning assets that have supported between $100k-$500k per month of spend in a Meta ad account
- Brownie points for prior agency experience, recent wins in creative strategy, experience on accounts with significant ad spend, and familiarity with our tool stack: Slack, Notion, Claude, Motion, and navigating Facebook Ads Manager.
Benefits:
- $60,000-$90,000 per year (depending on experience and seniority level)
