Job Description

Senior Customer Service Representative for TTEC resolving escalated customer inquiries through various communications. Engaging in research to address customer issues and reporting to the Team Lead.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or telecommunications
  • 2+ years of accounting experience or equivalent explaining financial information
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience
  • High speed internet (>15 mbps)
