Job Description

Bilingual Customer Service Representative handling inbound calls for wireless insurance claims and warranty services. Full-time position based in New Brunswick, Canada with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer calls regarding their insurance policies
  • Guide customers through claims procedures as needed
  • Resolve customer issues in a single call
  • Follow up with customers as needed by email or phone
  • Provide relevant, timely information to all customers
  • Offer upgraded products/services to customers

Requirements:

  • Must be fully bilingual in French and English (reading and writing)
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Computer literacy (Windows, web browsing) and typing speed of 25 words per minute
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
