Job Description
Bilingual Customer Service Representative handling inbound calls for wireless insurance claims and warranty services. Full-time position based in New Brunswick, Canada with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer calls regarding their insurance policies
- Guide customers through claims procedures as needed
- Resolve customer issues in a single call
- Follow up with customers as needed by email or phone
- Provide relevant, timely information to all customers
- Offer upgraded products/services to customers
Requirements:
- Must be fully bilingual in French and English (reading and writing)
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Computer literacy (Windows, web browsing) and typing speed of 25 words per minute
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
