Job Description
Customer Service Specialist acting as a strategic link between clients and internal areas at R2PHARMA. Contributing to high-value, technical, and effective customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and support, ensuring responsiveness, clarity, and effectiveness in interactions.
- Strengthen customer relationships, building trusted, long-term partnerships.
- Liaise with operational teams and clients, providing technical support and prompt responses to requests.
- Monitor the market, trends, and competitors, identifying opportunities to improve and evolve service.
- Conduct satisfaction and performance analyses, assessing promised versus delivered outcomes to customers.
- Propose solutions aligned with the nuclear medicine market realities and R2PHARMA’s technical capabilities.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the best customer experience.
- Know the company's products and support the preparation of technical and guidance documentation.
- Present solutions to customers and deliver training when required.
- Analyze commercial data to support decision-making and identify opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and applicable updates in the area.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer relationship management or related areas.
- Experience in nuclear medicine is required.
- Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in technical and regulated environments will be an advantage.
- Desirable experience liaising between technical, operational, and commercial teams.
- Experience with KPI analysis, customer satisfaction, and process improvement will be valued.
