Job Description
Senior Data Analyst responsible for analyzing healthcare data and building analytics pipelines. Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to provide actionable insights into risk adjustment processes.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights
- Build scalable analytics pipelines
- Automate reporting and analytics processes
- Create clear reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis
- Experience with Oracle/MS SQL Server, Snowflake, Databricks
- Proficiency in SQL, Python
- Experience managing data flows for risk adjustment coding
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
