Job Description
Senior Workday Data Consultant supporting data conversion and reporting in Phase X and post-production projects at ERPA. Join a dynamic company known for a people-first culture and exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a lead consultant on multiple client engagements
- Lead, build, validate and conduct data conversion and strategy
- Design, architect, develop, and deploy functional business process, data conversion and reporting solutions
- Collaborate with Engagement Managers on project status
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service to build lasting relationships with clients
Requirements:
- Workday Partner HCM certification is required
- 2+ years of consulting experience leading data conversion in Workday
- 2+ years of Workday reporting experience required
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting Workday Security
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, SalesForce, ZenDesk required
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
