Job Description
Senior Data Scientist focusing on deep product analytics to improve AI solutions in healthcare. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze healthcare datasets for performance and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage causal inference and other statistical methodologies to assess the value and impact of our products on key outcomes for health systems and providers using complex financial and healthcare data sources.
- Clearly communicate insights highlighting the impact of our products to a wide variety of stakeholders across the organization.
- Design and analyze product experiments (A/B tests and quasi-experiments) to evaluate product improvements and new features.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. and 3+ years of experience **or** Master’s and 5-7 years of experience **or** Bachelor’s and 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Public Health, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis and research design
- Proficiency in Python
- Proficiency in SQL
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders
- Highly self-sufficient and self-starting in solving complex problems and conducting projects end-to-end
