Job Description
Senior Designer specializing in presentation design. Transforming complex ideas into impactful presentations for global enterprise clients in a fully remote capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Transform complex ideas into compelling, visually impactful presentations.
- Shape creative concepts, build persuasive narratives, and deliver high-quality presentation assets.
- Design and deliver high-end PowerPoint presentations emphasizing storytelling and visual precision.
- Translate complex content and data into clear, engaging visual narratives.
- Own the end-to-end presentation design process—from concept development to final delivery and feedback incorporation.
- Create and maintain presentation templates aligned with brand and client guidelines.
- Design custom visual elements including icons and infographics to support storytelling.
- Enhance presentations with thoughtful animations, transitions, and motion elements.
- Partner closely with pitch leads and cross-functional teams as a trusted design collaborator.
- Work with global teams to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs.
- Support and inspire team members through design expertise and structured workflows.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in presentation design, graphic design, or branding, preferably within an agency or pitch-driven environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including slide masters, complex layouts, animations, and presentation logic.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a strong plus).
- Excellent visual design skills with a refined sense of composition, typography, color, and imagery.
- Solid understanding of storytelling principles and visual narrative flow.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with very good to fluent English.
- Experience or strong interest in motion design, animation, or video.
- Curiosity or hands-on exposure to AI-driven creative tools (e.g., text-to-image, motion, or voice tools) within presentation or video workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and a consistently high bar for design quality.
- Proven ability to scope projects effectively, manage briefs, estimate timelines, and negotiate deadlines.
- Confident, adaptable team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- High standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
