Job Description
Sr. Developer focusing on API and Agentic AI within Rimini Street’s software solutions. Designing and developing systems that leverage advanced AI techniques to enhance enterprise capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop APIs as needed to support connectivity need for higher level integration.
- Design & Develop Agentic AI Systems
- Build multi-agent architectures using frameworks like LangChain , LangGraph , AutoGen , and CrewAI .
- Integrate with Enterprise Platforms
- Connect agents to ERP, CRM, and ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce) for automated workflows.
- Implement Advanced AI Techniques
- Utilize RAG pipelines , prompt engineering , and reinforcement learning for adaptive behavior.
- Cloud & MLOps Deployment
- Architect scalable solutions on AWS , Azure , or GCP ; implement CI/CD pipelines and observability for AI agents.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Work with product managers, architects, and data scientists to align agent capabilities with business goals.
- Ensure Safety & Compliance
- Apply guardrails, ethical AI principles, and security best practices in all deployments.
Requirements:
- 3+ years ’ experience in AI/ML development; 1+ year in agentic AI or autonomous systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python , FastAPI , and AI libraries ( PyTorch , TensorFlow , Hugging Face , OpenAI API ).
- Hands-on experience with LangChain , LLMs , and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms , API development , and enterprise integration .
- Experience with AutoGPT , Crew AI , or similar agent frameworks.
- Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and prompt optimization .
- Background in human-AI interaction and conversational UX.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects or published work in agentic AI.
- Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, AI/ML , or related field.
