Job Description
Senior PeopleSoft Developer at GDIT tailoring solutions for clients and modifying PeopleSoft environments. Delivering impactful solutions utilizing advanced PeopleSoft tools and development practices.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver simple solutions to complex problems as a Senior PeopleSoft Developer
- Tailor PeopleSoft solutions to the unique requirements of clients
- Develop/modify solutions for PeopleSoft environment in support of customers
- Implement solutions utilizing PeopleSoft development tools
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience working with PeopleSoft HCM and/or Payroll applications
- PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM and/or Payroll data models
- PeopleTools 8.5x or later
- Oracle or similar relational database experience
- Demonstrated experience with SQL performance tuning and optimization
- PeopleCode, Application Engine, Workflow, Component Interfaces, PS Query and SQR Process Scheduler, Data Mover, and Import Manager
- 5+ years of experience developing in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, VB.NET
- North American payroll processes including tax updates, year-end processing, reverse/adjustments, overpayments and garnishments
