Job Description
Senior Director managing Mission Technology Solutions initiatives at KBR, focused on national security and strategic goals. Overseeing cultural and operational innovations within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Directing, developing, communicating, and implementing the company's direction and strategic goals.
- Developing strategies to optimize business development and marketing internally to the company's employees as well as externally to the clients.
- Leads cultural and operational change to drive technical innovation across business development, business units, internally to the company's employees, and to our external clients.
- Identifying and communicating best practices throughout the company.
- Optimizing results for customers as well as the company by establishing goals and objectives for execution and making operational decisions.
- Developing strategy through the implementation and execution phases.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in related technical field
- At least 20 years of related experience
