Job Description
Senior Director of Product Management for Isovalent, leading product strategy in cloud workload security innovations and driving customer engagement via innovative eBPF-powered tools.
Responsibilities:
- lead a team that shapes the product strategy for Isovalent Tetragon, Hypershield Runtime Security, Live Protect and related security innovations
- work directly with customers, security practitioners, and engineering to create innovative eBPF-powered security visibility, threat detection and workload protection for modern cloud workloads
- engage with customers and security teams to understand evolving risk and compliance needs
- create and evangelize our product vision and strategy both within the Isovalent team, within the security business group, and with other business groups (e.g., Splunk)
- partner with engineering to translate this vision into a concrete roadmap with well-defined and prioritized requirements
- work closely with product marketing & sales to drive awareness of the product value within our customer base and ensure our product value proposition is resonating with customers
- engage closely with customer success to understand challenges as customers adopt our solutions and identify new opportunities for improving the customer experience
Requirements:
- 7+ years of product management (or similar customer-facing roles) in enterprise security
- 3+ years experience hiring, coaching and mentoring a product management team
- experience in a leadership role in a large enterprise infrastructure company
- deep understanding of security & compliance requirements in enterprise environments
- experience with eBPF-based security tools, such as Tetragon, Falco, or custom instrumentation
- ability to communicate clearly across technical and executive stakeholders
- deep expertise on how security operations teams use a SIEM or other platforms for security analytics
- experience working with technology built via an open source community.
