Job Description
Platform & Security Engineer responsible for IT infrastructure and security at Cosuno. Leading compliance and operational excellence in a remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Take over full ownership of infrastructure, security, compliance, and internal IT.
- Lead ISO 27001 certification and establish the processes to maintain it.
- Take ownership of Terraform configurations across AWS and GCP.
- Respond to security questionnaires from enterprise customers.
- Streamline employee IT onboarding and access management across SaaS tooling.
- Set up and manage MDM, tooling, and IT support for the team.
Requirements:
- Full professional fluency in German and English
- Solid experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or GCP) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Comfort operating Kubernetes in a production environment
- The ability to pick up new domains quickly
- A pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset
- The organisational maturity to manage multiple open threads
