Job Description
Senior Director of Technical Program Management overseeing AI/ML projects at Paramount. Collaborating with engineers and business teams to improve customer experiences through AI innovations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and improvement of AI-driven platforms, systems, and capabilities.
- Oversee a portfolio of AI/ML investments.
- Lead a team of senior program management leaders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
- Partner to establish and track portfolio‑level success metrics.
Requirements:
- 12 + years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, or similar roles.
- Proven experience leading portfolio‑level programs spanning multiple teams and product areas.
- Worked successfully in uncertain environments.
- Solid people management experience, including managing managers.
- Deep knowledge of agile, lean, and iterative delivery models, with the ability to adapt them to non‑traditional workflows.
