Job Description
Executive Assistant supporting an Australian executive across multiple businesses and boards for Wingman Group. Building board materials, analysing data, and managing executive administration remotely from the Philippines.
Responsibilities:
- Support a senior Australian executive across multiple businesses and board roles
- Build presentations and decks for board, executive, and client audiences
- Transform raw data into clear, usable insights
- Review reports for accuracy, clarity, and gaps
- Prepare and format reports and board papers
- Provide executive support across email, documents, scheduling, and follow-up
- Track deadlines and commitments across several organisations
- Deliver work directly to the executive in a backend, non-phone, non-client-facing role
Requirements:
- Experience supporting an executive, business owner, or senior leader in an EA, senior administration, or business support role
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong Google Workspace skills: Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Ability to build presentations and decks from rough input for board-level audiences
- Confidence working with datasets in Google Sheets and explaining findings
- Excellent written English
- Track record of working unsupervised and setting priorities independently
- Experience supporting a C-suite executive, ideally for an Australian, US, or UK business
- Exposure to board reporting or governance documents
- Experience juggling multiple entities or stakeholders simultaneously
- Familiarity with AI tools for drafting, summarising, and analysis
- Self-provided equipment: computer with at least 8GB RAM, 512GB HDD/SSD, Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (12th generation or newer), Windows 11 Home or Pro, power backup, secondary/external monitor, noise-cancelling headset, webcam, and 40–50 Mbps minimum upload and download speed
- NBI or police clearance
- Government-issued ID
- BIR self-registration and required government contributions as an independent contractor
- Ability to work 7 AM to 4 PM Manila time, Monday to Friday
- English proficiency test and personality test

- Agreement under Singapore law with Philippines Resources Pte. Ltd.
