Job Description
Senior Flutter Developer building and maintaining high-performance mobile applications for construction teams. Contributing to an application that makes a real difference in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- We're seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to join our scaling development team
- You'll be tasked with building and maintaining high-performance, reliable mobile applications that help construction teams worldwide communicate progress on site
- This is an opportunity to utilise modern mobile development practices and to contribute to an application that's making a real difference in the construction industry
Requirements:
- Lead the development of high-quality Flutter applications using Dart, setting technical direction and best practices
- Architect and implement robust offline-first capabilities to ensure reliability in low-connectivity environments
- Establish and maintain comprehensive unit testing standards to ensure code quality and stability
- Design and drive scalable solutions using MVVM architecture, mentoring others on implementation
- Solve complex technical challenges with a high level of precision and attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in English, translating requirements into technical outcomes
- Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering performance, growth, and a high-performing engineering culture
- Experience with construction or project management software (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with Firebase services (Nice to Have)
- Understanding of mobile security principles and experience with security frameworks (Nice to Have)
- Contributions to open source Flutter projects (Nice to Have)
- Experience with CI/CD for mobile applications (Nice to Have)
- Knowledge of native Android/iOS development (Nice to Have)
