Job Description
Senior Frontend Developer focusing on React at HostGator, responsible for analyzing requirements and providing software solutions. Ensuring code quality and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and develop software solutions based on requests received from the product team, including improvements and bug fixes.
- Support continuous improvement of development processes and enhancement of solutions by conducting research to identify and propose new methodologies, concepts, and trends aligned with company goals.
- Ensure documentation is continuously updated and aligned with the latest versions of systems and tools.
- Ensure delivery quality, including creating and maintaining automated tests (unit, functional, and BDD).
- Provide technical support for production systems, assisting in the resolution of issues encountered.
- Configure development environments and perform deployment/publication of applications.
- Define the architecture of new solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and ensure appropriate use of best practices and the latest technologies.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Front-end development, especially using React.
- Proficiency in requirements analysis and REST API development.
- Substantial experience with JavaScript ES6+.
- Advanced knowledge of semantic HTML and CSS.
- Experience with unit testing and BDD.
- Experience with agile culture and methodologies.
- Familiarity with Styled Components.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Knowledge of performance best practices.
- Experience with SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation).
- Experience with Axios/Fetch.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.
- Experience with versioning models such as Trunk Based and Gitflow.
