Job Description
Senior Full-Stack Developer at EX Squared building scalable backend services for cloud-native healthcare platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and integrating cloud services with Salesforce and other systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable backend services and APIs using modern programming languages.
- Architect and implement event-driven and asynchronous workflows.
- Integrate cloud services with Salesforce and other external systems.
- Own the full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and observability.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Collaborate with product, Salesforce, and data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Evaluate trade-offs and propose architectures that prioritize scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer (backend or full-stack).
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, Node.js, or C#.
- Experience building APIs, microservices, or distributed systems.
- Solid understanding of event-driven architecture, clean code, and system design.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, SQS/SNS, and API Gateway.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1).
