Job Description
Full Stack Engineer at Create Music Group developing scalable systems and collaborating across teams. Delivery of high-quality software leveraging AI tools for efficient prototyping and debugging.
Responsibilities:
- Drive implementation of product features and contribute to system design decisions
- Translate ambiguous problems into scalable, production-ready solutions
- Design and build backend services, APIs, and event-driven systems
- Write high-quality, production-ready code across the stack
- Collaborate effectively with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams to unblock progress and align on technical direction
- Make pragmatic tradeoffs across speed, scalability, and maintainability
- Improve reliability through testing, observability, and performance optimizations
- Participate actively in code reviews, both as author and reviewer
- Use AI tools to prototype, build, and debug more efficiently
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years building and shipping production applications
- Solid fundamentals in system design and backend architecture
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Bias toward shipping quickly and learning from real user feedback
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across teams
- Experience integrating or building AI-powered systems or workflows is an asset.
