Job Description
Senior full-stack engineer building scalable cloud-native B2B SaaS solutions for Nortal, a digital transformation and AI services company. Developing C#/.NET, React, microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop applications and services primarily using React and .NET on Azure or AWS PaaS offerings
- Own application and service development end-to-end, from architecture through implementation, testing, and deployment
- Design architecture using diagrams and technical design documents
- Build and maintain scalable, highly available, and cost-optimized microservices
- Design and implement APIs within modern software architectures
- Create event-driven solutions
- Use Docker and Terraform for containerization and provisioning
- Integrate security practices into development work
- Work with NoSQL databases and distributed storage systems
- Implement monitoring and observability tooling
- Interpret functional and non-functional requirements and deliver reliable software independently
- Mentor team members and provide feedback on architecture, documentation, and code quality
- Estimate and plan work through user stories and tasks
- Participate in interviewing, recruiting, and hiring as the team grows
- Work approximately 70% hands-on development and 30% mentoring
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer / Software Engineer
- Strong experience with C# and .NET 6 or later
- Senior-level experience with ASPX Pages and React
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Terraform
- Cloud experience with AWS and/or Azure
- Experience developing and implementing microservices in production environments
- Experience building and consuming APIs in modern software architectures
- Experience with event-driven architecture
- Experience integrating security into the development lifecycle
- Experience with decentralized/NoSQL databases and distributed storage
- Experience implementing monitoring and observability tools
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced English level required; effective communication in English is essential
- Ability to work with US clients
