Job Description
Senior General Ledger Accountant ensuring compliance, reporting, and mentoring at Everfox. Managing US and UK GAAP accounting in a dynamic cybersecurity environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform critical back office and accounting functions
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Deliver timely and accurate reports to management and stakeholders
- Maintain Oracle Fusion accounting system and General Ledger
- Lead associate in Month End Close procedures
- Partner with cross-business functions to drive resolution of issues
- Review and analyze general ledger transactions
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Support internal and external audit functions
- Train, mentor and provide guidance to junior associates
- Contribute to continuous improvement and implementation initiatives
Requirements:
- Active CPA preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 6+ years of accounting experience
- Experience preparing journal entries and manual balance sheet reconciliations
- Knowledge of large general ledger software applications, e.g., Oracle Fusion
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially MS Excel)
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism
- A solutions-oriented team player with excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
