Job Description
Junior Grafik Designer shaping Doonails’ visual identity across its online shop, social media, and packaging. Creating conversion-focused digital assets and print-ready product designs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and further develop Doonails’ visual identity across digital and physical touchpoints
- Ensure a consistent design language and create an inspiring online shop experience
- Support the visual concept development and implementation of conversion tests in the online shop
- Design graphics and layouts for newsletters, email marketing campaigns, and other digital channels
- Create social media ads and creatives for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other channels
- Professionally prepare final artwork and print-ready production files
- Ensure compliance with CE and labeling requirements for physical products
- Create vector graphics and illustrations
- Work closely with the team and take ownership of shop, social media, and packaging designs
Requirements:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Practical experience with Figma is preferred
- Experience with—or the ability to work in—packaging design, final artwork, and the creation of error-free print files
- Ensure compliance with regulatory CE and labeling requirements
- Understanding of the beauty and lifestyle industries
- Strong sense of trends, e-commerce, and modern web design
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Precise, fast-paced, and hands-on approach to work
