Job Description
Senior Group Product Manager driving strategy, roadmap, and execution across Earn product suite for Kraken. Leading a team and collaborating with stakeholders for product success.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution across our Earn and Borrow product suite
- Lead a team of two Product Managers
- Manage and develop 2 PMs; set priorities, remove blockers
- Define quarterly and annual plans
- Align with eng, design, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders
- Own KPIs across AUM, yield competitiveness, utilization rates, revenue contribution
Requirements:
- 8+ years in product management, with 3+ years managing other PMs
- Deep fluency in crypto earn/yield products
- Track record shipping and scaling financial products
- Comfortable navigating regulatory and compliance constraints
- Strong analytical chops
- Experience working cross-functionally
