Job Description
Senior Group Product Manager overseeing strategy and execution for Earn and Borrow products at Kraken. Leading product managers and aligning with multiple stakeholders for successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution across our Earn and Borrow product suite
- Lead a team of two Product Managers
- Define quarterly and annual plans; align with eng, design, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders
- Metrics: Own KPIs across AUM, yield competitiveness, utilization rates, revenue contribution, activation/retention within Earn & Borrow
Requirements:
- 8+ years in product management, with 3+ years managing other PMs
- Deep fluency in crypto earn/yield products
- Track record shipping and scaling financial products
- Comfortable navigating regulatory and compliance constraints
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with risk, compliance, legal, and treasury teams
- Ability to context-switch between strategic planning and tactical unblocking
- Clear, concise communicator
