Job Description
Product Management Lead Analyst at The Cigna Group shaping data and analytics products to enhance healthcare outcomes. Collaborating with teams to drive measurable product strategies and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Drive outcomes that move products and teams forward
- Translate business goals into clear product strategies that deliver measurable value
- Lead end-to-end execution of new products and product enhancements within Intelligence Solutions Research Services
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, sales, operations, and external partners to ensure alignment and momentum
- Own project planning, including timelines, dependencies, and resource needs, and adapt plans as priorities evolve
- Anticipate risks and challenges early, communicate them clearly, and lead thoughtful mitigation strategies
- Make informed decisions when multiple paths are available, balancing speed, quality, and impact
- Manage multiple high-visibility initiatives at once while maintaining focus and delivery excellence
- Communicate progress and insights with confidence to stakeholders at all levels, from senior leaders to frontline teams
- Partner with stakeholders to define, refine, and prioritize the product backlog to support long-term growth
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product management, project management, healthcare, analytics, or a related field
- Experience working within healthcare, clinical research, clinical trials, or analytics-driven environments
- Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and deliver complex projects from concept through execution
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, align, and build trust across diverse teams
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to change, and maintain momentum
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
