Job Description

You will architect and run AI-powered end-to-end workflows (ad creative, content orchestration, GTM automations), integrate core marketing systems, and deploy production-ready solutions within 90 days. Ideal for engineers experienced with Claude Code/MCP, performance marketing, HubSpot, and automation infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • You build and operate AI-powered end-to-end workflows — from ad creative production through content orchestration to GTM automations — ensuring the entire team benefits.
  • You develop a central orchestration layer based on Claude Code and MCP that connects different skills and tools without requiring team members to understand the underlying architecture.
  • You integrate our core platforms — HubSpot, Asana, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Clay and others — directly into automated workflows and ensure clean, reliable data flows between systems.
  • You establish structured feedback loops so that performance data continuously feeds back into foundation files (brand voice, ICP, positioning) and the system improves with each iteration.
  • You take ownership of concrete deliverables from day one: within the first 90 days you will deploy a complete ad creative workflow and a content orchestrator that the team can use without instruction.
  • You create a structured roadmap for the team’s existing AI approaches — identifying what can scale, what doesn’t work, and what should be built next.

Requirements:

  • You have proven experience building AI workflows and automation infrastructure — and can demonstrate what has been deployed to production.
  • You are familiar with Claude Code and MCP architecture and understand how agent structures and platform APIs interact.
  • You have hands-on experience with performance marketing (Meta Ads and/or Google Ads) — not only as a user, but with a solid understanding of campaign structure, tracking and creative logic.
  • You are operationally proficient with HubSpot (workflows, properties, lists, email) and can use it as both a data source and a target in automations.
  • You understand GTM context: you know what an MQL is, how content workflows operate within marketing teams, and why data quality is critical for outbound.
  • You can produce or orchestrate ad creatives and visual assets using AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Canva AI).
  • You can configure webhooks, call REST APIs, and set up MCP servers — comfortable working in the terminal.
  • You take ownership without weekly escalation, prioritize independently, and communicate blockers early and clearly.
  • You communicate with negotiation-level fluency in German and professional-level proficiency in English — both written and spoken.
