Job Description
Senior Hardware Engineer overseeing architecture and lifecycle of large-scale data center hardware platforms. Provides technical authority and leads validation and performance initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of hardware architecture and standards across data center platforms
- Authority to approve hardware designs, configurations, and lifecycle decisions
- Lead hardware validation, stress testing, and qualification programs
- Provide senior technical oversight during large-scale deployments
- Own hardware lifecycle strategy including introduction, refresh, and decommissioning
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 8–12+ years of experience in hardware, systems, or infrastructure engineering
- Proven experience designing and supporting large-scale data center hardware platforms
- Deep expertise in server and storage architectures
- Strong understanding of Linux-based systems and hardware monitoring
