Job Description
Senior Human Factors Engineer involved in usability engineering and design validation for medical devices. Coordinating tasks and preparing product approvals for international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Actively shape usability engineering and support design validation
- Plan and conduct practical user tests
- Represent the users' perspective and provide important input
- Independently coordinate complex work packages
- Prepare product approvals and compile all required documentation.
Requirements:
- Completed master's degree, preferably in Human Factors Engineering, Psychology, or an engineering or natural science discipline
- Several years of professional experience in the development of medical devices or in vitro diagnostics
- Planning and execution of user tests
- Proven experience collaborating with internal and external partners
- Clear and persuasive communication in English – business fluent – both written and spoken.
