Job Description
Investment Operations Analyst in Protective’s Executive Benefits Team managing COLI fund lineups and performance reports while supporting fund offerings
Responsibilities:
- Maintain product lineups for the COLI products and fund details in the database for over 400 funds and 2,000 subaccounts
- Orchestrate fund changes with various internal teams
- Create metrics and analytics from MS Excel to report on to audit, compliance, legal or external parties
- Respond to requests for client performance reporting
- Produce a large array of performance reports and fact sheets for BOLI separate accounts
- Provide fund analysis to produce high quality lineups for the Executive Benefits market
- Review fund documents to ensure they are up to date on the COLI website
- Provide input to the COLI Sales Team
- Direct Implementation and Pricing teams to setup new subaccounts
- Research fund information and maintain the Executive Benefits products on Morningstar Direct
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
- 5+ years in Finance/Insurance Industry with fund experience preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills such as pivot tables, v-lookups, extracting data
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail required
- Proven experience with data analysis and summarization
- Ability to read, digest, and summarize complex fund legal documents
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, and able to work well within a team
