Job Description
Senior Laravel Developer contributing to backend and frontend development at AI-powered SaaS company. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Laravel Framework (V12+)
- Design and implement REST APIs and create clear documentation
- Work on UI/UX development with Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and AJAX
- Build and consume middleware services and API handlers (PHP)
- Integrate AI, GenAI, and NLP capabilities into existing applications
- Collaborate with cloud engineers on AWS deployments
- Manage and optimize multiple databases
- Ensure security compliance through encryption, hashing, and encoding standards
- Work with third-party APIs/tools such as Twilio, SendGrid, and Calendar APIs
- Partner with Product and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements:
- 9+ years of experience in Laravel development
- Strong expertise in PHP, Laravel V12+, and Middleware
- Proven frontend development skills with Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and AJAX
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs with clear documentation
- Hands-on experience integrating AI, GenAI, and NLP within Laravel/PHP projects
- Familiarity with AWS services (S3, EC2, RDS, SES)
- Experience working with multiple databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Optional] Knowledge of encryption, hashing, and encoding standards
- Exposure to AngularJS, Node.js, or React.js (a strong advantage)
- Exceptional English communication skills – IELTS or equivalent certification preferred
