Job Description

Senior Learning Consultant leading software training and learning strategy for Briljent’s large-scale technology implementations. Supporting Child Support systems adoption through remote and in-person delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, development, and delivery of learning and training activities for a large-scale technology implementation.
  • Work with organizational change, project, and training teams to develop effective learning strategies aligned with new business processes and technology.
  • Develop and maintain learning and training plans, schedules, course outlines, and training materials.
  • Lead the design and development of software training and learning content for remote and in-person delivery.
  • Develop training content from system design documentation, business requirements, business processes, and new technology functionality.
  • Facilitate training sessions supporting implementation, adoption, and effective use of new technologies and business processes.
  • Provide senior-level learning and training expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Coordinate learning activities across multiple audiences, stakeholder groups, and project phases.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and project stakeholders to identify learning needs and ensure content reflects system functionality and business processes.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using participant feedback, assessments, lessons learned, and other measures; recommend continuous improvements.
  • Assist in planning and executing learning activities for large-scale, complex technology implementations.
  • Standardize and ensure accessibility of learning materials, course content, and delivery methods in alignment with project objectives.
  • Provide guidance on learning methodologies, instructional approaches, and training delivery strategies.
  • Identify training risks, gaps, and dependencies and develop solutions with project teams.
  • Support a cohesive learning experience that promotes user readiness, adoption, and successful transition to new systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience directing or leading remote and in-person software training activities for a large, complex automated systems development or technology implementation project.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Child Support Programs and automated Child Support systems.
  • 5+ years of experience developing training plans, course outlines, and training materials based on system design documentation.
  • 5+ years of experience conducting training classes to support the implementation of new business processes and related technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience providing learning and training leadership for complex technology implementations.
  • In-depth understanding of Child Support Program objectives and processes, including case initiation, locate, establishment, case management, enforcement, financial management, state disbursement operations, data analytics and reporting, customer service, federal rules and regulations, and automated systems and software requirements.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Preferred: Training, instructional design, or learning certification.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting large-scale government or enterprise system implementations.
  • Preferred: Experience designing and developing learning programs for complex business applications.
  • Preferred: Experience working within organizational change management or user adoption initiatives.
  • Preferred: Strong communication, organization, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred: Ability to work independently, provide strategic recommendations, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional project teams.
  • Ability to meet the stated physical demands, including extended laptop use, sitting, talking, hearing, close vision, and adjusting focus.
